Deffinetly fan of raised T5

Always lovely to see something like this on Jack's. Super good to know the spring compression needed

I’m just about to lift my t5.1 so I’m definitely a fan of lifting the suspension
the t5s feels quite hard as standard compared to other makes so the swamper conversion is the way forward and you’ve now shown me how to do it on a budget so thanks for that .

Have been using the PCD 25mm lift and Hankook 225/70 16” ATs on our T6 4motion SWB for 18 mths now. As we drive Outback Australian dirt roads and tracks regularly, this is a real world test. Couldn’t be happier! Comfort, offroad clearance and economy are all excellent. No further changed needed. Often show up at an off road  destination to the surprise of serious high clearance 4wd drivers.

Definitely lifted one) I did almost the same - B6 shocks, t32 springs, 25 mm spacers and 225/75/16 Geolandars AT on stock alloys. A little bit rough ride due to the shorter way of shocks but it is okay. Van is LWB converted to camper, total weight is about 2950.

Definitely prefer lifted suspension,

LIFTED !!!! 😂😂😂

Lift îs the best

Have been looking at these spring lifters,  went swamper last year after running bone shaking teeth rattling lowered for 12 years changed from 20s and lowered 60mm to 17s AT tyres and standard springs was really pleased with it but have noticed recently that its dropped a bit ....... Had forgotten about the brand new springs settling 🙄🙄

Perfect. Looks so good.

The VV T5 has aluminum rims from BMV-A, the range of holes is 5x120.. And on the VV Touareg, the rims are of the range of holes 5x130.
So that's just so you know when and if you change to take what suits you. Greeting.👍

Endless speeding fines oh with points Nar thanks

Any link for those spacers please?

Toyo open country AT is my choice of budget AT wheels

Any link for this spacer to use please!

Could I get some help as to where I could get this done!! Have a T5 and want to lift it I also have a knocking noise!
Would appreciate any help.. in south of uk

great vid how big was the spacer kit it looks 50 mm

I’m trying to find a set of those exact rims in Australia. What year Touareg are they from.

Does it handle ok is there any more body role with the softer tyres

What was the "faff" with the big tyres?
