It feels like Captain America meets League of Extraordinary Gentlemen meets Inglorious Bastards (but WW1).

He is going to start his vengeance arc after they killed his wife and kidnapped his child well litetraly damn deathwish

The series is called "The Sentinels", and is based on the comic series, "Les Sentinelles," by Xavier Dorison and Enrique Breccia, published by Delcourt Press.  It was made in 2023, aired on Canal+ in September of 2025.  There's only 1 season so far, and 8 episodes.

Flawless movie logic, let's use the death row inmate who no doubt commited countless crimes to turn into a super soldier. What could go wrong 🥸

Funny how years later Hans Gruber mysteriously appeared in Los Angeles and took over Nakatomi Plaza.

Combines lots of ideas we’ve seen in films like Overlord and Captain America, kinda neat. Low IMDB score, though, just 5.8. I guess the French audience isn’t really taking to it.

That's an original concept,  making WWI French "Gueules Cassées" some type of  steam punk Super Soldiers, with some occultism peppered in.
Might want to check it out.

This sounds a lot like WW1 Deadpool and the Weapon X Project.

5:10 The goat, the Coroner from Chronik fiction🔥🔥🔥

The German super soldier really has to look like from Kerberos... or Wolfenstein.

12:36 i’m 99% sure that’s an old iron plant in America. I believe Philadelphia.

Those mask/helmets are sick asf 🔥🔥😻

Dam man that was an epic trip... These are the type of WW Films/Series that are to be made by Directors. Great choice and a fantastic recap... You are truly a master of your craft. Keep going and all the best man🥸
