I love my mom very much. I dream of being able to take her somewhere special at least once—to try delicious food, see beautiful places, and experience new things together.

I’ll keep working hard and do my best to make that dream come true for my mom someday. ❤️

You are very creative using the food you have and your family seems to love your meals.  It seems they never complain what you prepare. You are such a busy mom and wife.

Yen love hearing your stories of how you grew up having loving parents is the most important part of childhood .

Hi, nice video. You always share wonderful "words of wisdom". The teachings of or elders and our current beliefs can exists together. Thanks for another yummy dinner and for sharing your world.💜

My kids loved eating stuffed shells which are large pastas in the shape of a conch shell, stuffed with a hamburger, cheese, and bread crumb mixture.  Then they are covered in spaghetti sauce and more cheese and baked in the oven.

The stuff tofu looks so yummy.  I will try to make someday.  Thanks for sharing.

Hi Yen! The stuffed tofu looks so good! We are trying to learn to eat tofu, since it is a budget friendly protein. Maybe I'll try that. 😊

I have something similar, it’s called stuffed bell peppers. You stuff the bell peppers with rice, onions, beef ground, salt, pepper and you bake it in the oven until the meat is done.

Hey Yen and family 🤗 I used to eat lots of tofu when I was a vegan, a few years ago. In the U.S. tofu is usually more popular among vegans and vegetarians. That's a great recipe, thanks for sharing 🧡🍜🎉

I make stuffed cabbage is so good with meat and rice and tomatoe sauce

Hi yen your food looks so delicious, I'm going to try to cook some of the recipes, your parents gave you good advice, I think your mother is set in her ways, she should let go of the thing, it would make the house look much better. 🥰🍲🍛

Hey Yen , you should sometime add the recipe , so we can taste what you guys eat here in America

That motorbike is probably better than many motorbikes built today. I wouldn’t sell it, just find used parts

Stuffed Tofu with Tomato - a classic that most kitchens anywhere would be able to make!    😋😋😋
wow, huge difference between your condo and your mother's house     has she come to Saigon?           bao trong

What a great idea in stuffing tofu, Yen!  I will have to give that a try.  About the clutter in your Mom's home, my parents were the same way....older generations tend to keep stuff.with the hope they may need it one day.  I think younger generations are just the opposite.  I'm kinda in between myself but working on de-cluttering as I can't take it with me😂😂😂.  And it doesn't help when your Mother in law keeps insisting on buying thick blankets every year.  I just tell her straight now, no thanks.  One, she spends needless money on stuff we don't need.  Two, we have piles of them and it takes up space.😂😂😂.  I say let her live in peace with that.  You may cause her to go into shock.😅😅

Yen , love your videos. You are a great wife and mother.
I am from Alabama in the US. I enjoy watching you cook your local dishes. The stuffed tofu look delicious.
I do not eat tofu in our family. But the dish looked yummy. You take such care in all the things you do.
