Seoul Station, KTX Trains at Grade Crossing

On my last day in Seoul, I stayed near Seoul Station, and while walking around, found this grade crossing where KTX high speed, as well as many other trains used. I also saw a couple freight trains, but didn't catch them on video.

2:43 : I first thought the cars was from ITX-Saemaeul EMU but they are refurbished coaches with the same color scheme.
