The fact that Cassidy is the one that controls the head and Crying Child controls the body could explain why Golden Freddy’s jumpscare is just his head. That’s the only hostile part of him. Up until UCN, when Crying Child is put to rest, and only Cassidy remains. That could also explain why the jumpscare is a fully animated Fredbear

I’m 100% sure as a 56 year old man I’ll still be wondering about golden Freddy and its role in this franchise.

This explains why Golden Freddy jump scares with only the head; Cassidy, the vengeful spirit is in control of the head.

I never even wouldve noticed that the blonde kids head was glued onto the drawing if it wasnt for you. Amazing discovery John!

I still love how Golden Freddy is STILL the most mysterious animontronic in the series 10 years later

@Noach2fun 1 year ago

why is michael from fnaf movie explaining Golden Freddys story

@cl4655 2 years ago

I LOVE the clue that blond kid's face is glued on top of another kid's face in the movies. Its such a small, hard to notice detail, but says so much. I've never seen it until now

I love this theory so much. The whole “flip the happiest day and it becomes the bite” was soooo good. But the glued face on golden Freddy kid was incredible!

I found him on my first FNAF 1 play through 😭.
It was the FIRST animatronic i died to.

That's also why its always Golden Freddy's head as the jumpscare whereas the body is lifeless and doesn't move, the crying child doesn't want to be aggressive and doesn't move whereas cassidy attacks as a floating head

16:08 HOLY SHIT DUDE. this is exactly why I love watching theories. You always find something a lot of us miss 😭🙏

Dude i didnt know Fnaf lore goes THIS deep dude.

The more I learn about FNAF lore, the more I admire Scott's ways of creating such a complex story, so much so that even the first game is still relevant even a decade after its release.

"Sheen, this is the 5th time you've found a clue that solves Golden Freddy"

@johnwheelan3703 1 year ago

That explains why golden Freddy's head attacks us. Very interesting.

My jaw literally dropped at the glued artwork from the movie, great find John

So, all the way back in the days of fnaf 2, if someone went "hey why does the full body of golden freddy show up but only the head flies at you in the jumpscare?" They were actually really onto something! (or at least retconned to be)

This makes so much sense I’ve been watching other videos by other creators trying to figure out golden Freddy but this one makes the most sense and probably most likely to be canon

@vanny0jae 2 years ago

Someone using the movie for a theory is so exciting!! It seems like everyone was so quick to brush it to the side from a theory perspective, but I think there’s so much in there that could help us with the lore (like the cut-out picture you shared here). So neat!

That’s insane detail the blond haired kid’s face was GLUED onto the body. John can pick out nearly any hidden detail. Such a great theory. Amazing job!
