It's funny seeing the characters before they really got established with their full personalities.

“That’s his name”
“It can’t be” 😂

you know Jazz was gonna be kicked out if he was wearing that shirt.

Hilary going to the “Hard Rock Cafe” to get away from noise 😂

Man I'm glad they got less bougie as the show went on.

Jazz getting kicked out the house never gets old.

the first time Jazz got thrown out..

Nice to see that everyone loosened up as the show progressed.
What if Will never showed up to live with them?

"As you wish your majesty"
🤣😂😆🤣😂😆 Geoffrey was burning everyone on this show. He's got the best line always.

Thank God they got rid of the stereotypical stuffy upbringing with the characters and made them more down to earth. This show wouldn't have had a chance.

Never tell Jazz to crank up a record.

Phil: Ashley, honey, come down here!
Vivian: What are you doing?
Hilary: He's punishing her.
Phil: No, Hilary. I just want her to spend some time with her family.
Hilary: Same thing.

I love Hilary.

Man, Will changed everything in this family. Notice that Hilary used to be a bit shallow in the beginning, then she became more open to herself later on. Carlton and Will had a rough start but as time passed they became like brothers, Vivian embraced her West Philly style and Ashley lost her innocence, started becoming like Will lol. The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air will always be one of the best series of all time.

"..its a civilized way for me to have a conversation with my family..SO SOMEONE TALK!!" lol

R.I.P James Avery. Your legacy won't be forgotten. I'm definetly showing this series to my kids.

It's funny to me that many fans didn't like the more high class portrayal of the Banks family in season 1.  Personally, I found it much more realistic to the down to earth style that followed.  It also made the contrast between them and Will much more funny.  Once they loosened up, they were like any other sitcom family.  The only thing that made them stand out was that they were rich, but season 1 is when they really acted like it.

I love at the start all the banks are all snobby and high class but eventually Will humbles all of them through the series

The first of MANY Jazz throw outs from the Banks home.

As a kid in the 90s this scene with Uncle Phil leaning back in his chair open up my ears to classical music you can see his facial expression of bliss and excitement.

Jazz gets thrown out every time and it never gets old.
