surprised the caravan was allowed thro the auction. shocking condition

While I’m all for making money I do however still applaud the bangers and cash team for doing a fantastic job of every vehicle they’ve done

I would have thought they would have retained the original roof to give to the new buyer.

Good to hear that the mechanics liked the new engine, as I have one in my Discovery.

Caravan floor all that effort and put softwood floorboards in, give it 18 months it will need doing again

I love how the restoration lads are so pessimistic…but run to the bank with a big smile on their little faces 😂😂😂😂

Thank you

The original  Land Rover series 1 was not a wartime vehicle, but, was based on the glorious willeys jeep.

those Land Rover boys know a sucker when they see one don’t they?

They spent £28k on that thing 😂 … Have they ever made a profit on anything? £10k for the engine! Oh dear oh dear oh dear

Its a shame you put that mis match of new parts with the old looking canvas lads but at least you didn't take it to them lads that shafted you with the vw etc. You would of been looking at 30k labour and 25k parts.

How is it that YouTube keep recycling these videos from years ago as if they’re brand new. I’ve watched this several times.

There's a common saying in Australia, if you want to go to the bush and you start off in a Land Rover (or Ford), best of luck, if you want to go and then return home, go in a Toyota. The Land Rover has no respect in Australia, the unreliability and lack of dealers is their Achilles heel, whereas the Toyota (all models) are vastly superior in all respects, especially in reliability, build quality, driveability and cost of ownership. You would have thought that the Land Rover repairers would have tidied up the intercooler fins whilst they had the radiator and frame out of the vehicle.

New to the show. How do they keep going if they're selling at a loss?

Top money now

This the second time this land rover video has been uploaded! 🙄

Detaching everything will take quite a few hour's but Steven is ok with that lol.  Of course Steven doesn't mind how many hour's it will take becaue he gets paid hourly.  I'm starting to think that they got more viewer's who love a train wreck, or how much money will they lose in a restoration.  I guess they give dying car's a second skin.
G_d bless everyone.

That Land Rover lost £6242, what was the point of doing all the work? The smart thing would have been to buy a later one with the 300tdi engine already in make sure everything was working as it should, stick with the patina and turn it round for a profit. Do those guys at the garage know what they are doing or was it deliberate for the entertainment value?

Why do the buyers NOT drive their new cars out?........I wouldn't be able to wait.....

£10K+ for a knackered secondhand engine that wouldn't start!? 🙄
