I love the tangent about the rental house trying to make their problem, your problem. I've become too used to saying "that's okay" as a natural first response - and I've realized how detrimental this can be - especially when dealing with rental houses. Letting the silence linger, and telling them that they need to solve the problem is so perfect. We are paying customers, and we are paying them to solve the problems that their poor management creates.

A CPL would have been great for your couch shot with those reflections, especially to make the product pop! Great watch Scott!

Thanks for sharing the behind the scenes of this production Scott! I always look forward to watching your new videos. I really appreciate all the work that you put into producing all your BTS breakdown videos, I've definitely learned a lot from them. The images that you were able to capture for the TikTok ads look great! Also Hayley and Michelle are awesome to work with!
