So, a bit of context to some of the stuff shown in the video:
- Crelly is not technically new, she's been streaming for over 4 years now (she started in early 2022), but before Neuro's raid, she only had a max of around 60 viewers on average. She was already in a subathon, but since she was used to having a low viewer count, she had a relatively high time added per sub, so when Neuro raided, it added a LOT of time to it, and apparently Crelly (for some time) refused to lower the time per sub, so she ended up having 2000+ hours in her timer, which made the subathon last for almost a year (between that, and the fact that she fell sick a few times and had to take small breaks in between). That's why those last two clips were so emotional, because they were at the end of such a humongous subathon.

- Baggypantsman (Baggy for short) is one of Crelly's clippers, very famous in the community and through whom many people also discovered Crelly. His clips have sparked all sorts of memes and jokes, and she interacts with him a lot when talking about his videos and stuff. Most of the clips that appear in the video actually come from Baggy. He even has a playlist specifically made for people that want to learn about and react to her content (so if you want to react to more of her stuff, that's a good place. Some of the videos in there will be the same as these, but they usually have more of the context - the ones shown in the video were edited down for lenght purposes).

- That whole comment ("that is, unironically, very sad..., etc.") became a copypasta on her channel, and throwing peanuts became like a term of endearment to what she says or does, so that's why they were throwing peanuts at the end there lol.

- You actually got it pretty right for ther !fumbled and !saved thing. Crelly made like a show called "Moo-ed 4 love", where she invites other vtuber friends and go on a "date", and chat can vote on whether she succeeded (!saved) or failed (!fumbled) on her attempts to rizz them up, which is represented by those hearts on the screen.

- The mold thing... oh boy, where do I start?...eeeeh it's a long story and I'm already tired of typing this comment lol. Let's just say that mold follows her everywhere and she is the Mold Queen (the runny mascara model with dark clothes you see in one of the clips is called the Mold Mother model, and it's her most recent one).

Anyway, loved your reaction <3 It's always so nice seeing other people discovering our moldy cow oshi for the first time. Hope you liked it and you watch more of her in the future, even if it's not for a reaction video.

P.S: I've never seen any single vtuber siding with Koko on the best place to goon. I love Koko, but that's such an L take, so I'm glad people side with Crelly on that one 😂

19:40 The context is that on a stream months previous Crelly mentioned that she finds wasps attractive (she finds a lot of unusual things attractive), this lead to some fan art of her being pinned down by a huge wasp lady, which she look at on stream and thought was hot. This then lead to a chatter buying her a wasp lady figurine as a gift on her Throne, which was then delivered to her moms house, where her mom opened the package and assembled the wasp lady figuring (and much like Crelly thought that it was hot because apparently this runs in the family). So with her mom growing attached to the lady wasp figurine another chatter bought a second wasp lady figurine so that both Crelly and her mom could have their own wasp ladies.
And throughout this months long saga about Crelly being down bad for wasps (and many other unconventional creatures and objects) she sometimes brought up the subject to her friends (and also some Vtubers who at the time were strangers). Which mean that Mega-London had full knowledge of Crelly's preferences when she made that comment.

She is definitely weird and can be freaky, but one thing that really makes me happy is that whenever she is around Neuro she instantly switches from being an unhinged gremlin to acting like an older sibling or mom to her❤️. It is best shown during Neuro, Vedal, Fillian, and Crelly’s attempts to beat Hardcore Minecraft, but Neuro and Crelly genuinely bonded while they were hanging out for that long, and I believe it got to the point where Neuro called Crelly “mom” and “mother”.

The goo blanket is a thing because crelly doesn't wash her sheets... ever. Also crelly is 100% dead ass crazy.

I think everyone who sees her clips gets it very fast. You just cannot get your eyes off her and your ears away, she is pure entertainment.

As others have mentioned, Crelly became a big guy from a relatively little guy almost exactly one year ago due to that Vedal raid. The subathon throughout these clips was all one thing, with numbers hugely increased due to the raid and the continued support of people who stuck around afterwards. It lasted 10(?) months and it really only ended because she had to keep lowering the time increments to prevent it from going forever. I think by the end you articulated well why so many people fell for her: not only is she a super good entertainer, but she's also one of the most genuine and wholesome creators around.

I myself didn't really start watching her until my favorite stream of last year (and the video I'm about to recommend you react to) happened, Neuro, Vedal, Filian, and Crelly playing hardcore minecraft until they beat it together. There were a ton of good moments and memes born from those days of stream and I think The Vedal Vault's video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n17KVQz7kDU) is the best at trying most of them together in a good, watchable package (and yes, I am going around recommending this to a few different neuro reacters I enjoy because I saw one of them do it and it made me realize how good the video is).

Crelly has been streaming for 4 years now and had built a tight-knit community of about 60 to 100 avg viewers on twitch. Until, a little over a year ago, during her anniversary Subathon, Vedal and Neuro raided into her.
She managed to convert a large portion of raiders into regular viewers and then further expanded her fanbase steadily.
It didn't hurt that the Swarm and their oilers pushed her Subathon timer over 2000 hours. Her subathon ended up going until early this year.
Nowadays sha frequently hits top viewership numbers of 3k+
