Christ is risen!

It’s been on my heart to share a beautiful experience that I recently had with the church of Holy Theotokos in Honolulu. The priests and the deacons were so gracious, and we had the blessings of receiving the holy myrrh from the blessed icon of the Child Christ and His holy mother! It’s so uplifting to see the spirit of Christ in our brothers and sisters from the Eastern tradition! It is so important to note that we as Coptic Orthodox faithful also have an icon in Egypt in Port Said Egypt bearing the same holy myrrh in a miraculous way for close to 40 years, the same as this icon to show the same Holy Spirit is working in both traditions! Thank you, my beloved fathers I was humbled by your love, compassion and humility. The fathers also proclaimed in the beautiful prayers using the Coptic language “PiXristos Aftonf!” Which means Christ is risen! May He raise us all with Him!

It's paradoxical how the boldest Christians have the most humility. I'm Lebanese Maronite and every year growing up, we would watch on the news how a Coptic Church were attacked on Christmas and Easter. To us, we see you Coptics as an example of how all Christians should be. Those who think God will judge lay people on their Christology theology instead of the amount of love in their hearts, are very ignorant. Praying for our Churches unity ❤

I’m converting to Greek orthodoxy! As a Protestant I’ve run into a brick wall where it feels so shallow.

Abouna Lazarus here is all my love and blessing to you i am Hindu born in India. I am from Sydney Australia converted with the family passed 17yrs back in first coptic orthodox church in Sydney  Abouna Mina Narmatala was send by our all time favourite saint pope kyrillos the 6th. Our lord came in my dream 3times on Wednesday to good Friday on holy week and said follow me since I cried  out to know him he came and said follow me you are searching me Amen.

The sacraments are why i'm a 68 year old catechumin in the Catholic church. Jesus made it very clear to his followers. Most of them walked away. If you don't eat the flesh and drink the bood of Christ you have no life in you, amen.

Dear Father Lazarus, my most lovingly humble brother in Christ, I being a Catholic, will never allow this terrible hardness of heart. It hurts so hard to hear this terrible news. I'd rather live as John the Baptist in the wild eating locusts and honey, wearing rags, than to see the hatred being hoisted in our Loving Savior, Jesus Christs name. The hurt in your heart is shared. It must have been a tremendous weight on your soul. You're beloved in my house and Church Father. This was so beautiful and edifying in the way Christ professed as our way, the True Way! He has risen! Nothing but love for my Coptic brothers and sisters!
