Am I the only one who prefers to just use one layer of cotton batting in the bowl cozy? It seems they are less bulky and you have plenty of heat protection with just the one thickness; they sew up neater too! Anyone else agree?

I’m 72, spent years sewing quilts and just never got interested in anything else. But now I’m not able to do all the quilting anymore. So, I came across your channel and I am very excited about trying something new! Thank you for making it seem easy. I’m from Arizona USA

Love your channel!!!!! I am 70 yrs old and have been sewing at least 55 yrs. It doesn’t matter how long a person has sewn , there is always room to learn.  I really love the way you share the things you make and take the time to show us!  You items are gorgeous and the  fabrics you pick are so pretty! Thank you !

I found your channel a couple days ago. I love your tutorials. I’ve been binge watching them after the kids go to bed. Can’t wait to try one! I’m a new sewist and I appreciate your teaching style. It’s very clear and concise. I can’t decide what to make first. But this is something I’d love in my kitchen!

I'm so happy I found your cannel!!  I am left handed and sometimes its hard to translate steps from right handed to left handed 🙂

you are a great teacher, your voice is very pleasant and you explain things well.  Plus you don't waste time talking too much!  Much appreciated.

I love clips, no more getting poked ❤. Love your videos

Excellent tutorial. Don’t forget to add: cotton fabric, batting, and thread to prevent fires.

That was awesome. Yes, I think you should do a small, medium, and large.

I’ve been making those for years and given him his gifts. He did an excellent demonstration of how to make him.

I made my first bowl cozy today following your tutorial (after watching several), and it was one of the first projects I've made that I was very pleased with the first try! Many projects I make are kind of a "test subject" and it's where I work out the kinks or I make mistakes and have to give my seam ripper a workout - but not this one. It came out great the first time! I have to say instructions are important as I followed some from another maker for a quick little pouch as a filler project while I had to wait for my Wrap & Zap batting for my bowl cozy to be delivered, and based on watching the video it should have been a breeze. NOT! Once I actually got into it I found that there were lots of little details the person left out which made a big difference and just made it a frustrating less than enjoyable experience. So I truly appreciate the time and effort that you put into your videos as it makes all the difference. Keep 'em coming!

Love the tutorial, but I would caution you to not use your ironing mat and steam on top of your cutting mat. Some people have warped theirs doing this.

Hi sweetie, just found you.  Love your clear instructions.  I've been wanting to make these to put under bowls in the microwave and avoid burning my elderly fingers.  Thank you for doing this tutorial; I'll be back.  Stay well.

I really want to make one of these for ice cream pints!

I love the cat sounds. :3

You gave excellent and very detailed instructions. I enjoyed your video and I cant wait to make bowl cozies using your instructions.

Hi from Ireland, I am definitely going to give these a go. Absolutely love your tutorials.
