Dit is een hele leuke en fijne winkel! Mijn vader kwam hier in de jaren negentig bijna wekelijks. Toen behoorde Fleischmann en Roco nog bij de 'echte' merken en waren volop verkrijgbaar. Op dit moment is het zeker de moeite waard om een bezoek te brengen aan deze winkel in de Steenstraat vanwege het grote assortiment en het vakkundige personeel!

I was there yesterday and spoke with Chantal about this video, and she really liked it, my kids also buy a lot of stuff in this shop, read Bandai etc, and i like the Marklin part of the shop...I came already in this shop from childhood which is almost 40 years ago...

I might have to visit this shop. I live in Germany, about 50 km from Arnhem.

My nearest similar store is around 1100 km's away.

Thank you for this. I miss those stores here in Germany, they were all over the place in the 70's and 80's, you even got model kits in  Villages back then.

Amazing shop. I miss being able to walk into a hobby shop to physically look at things and buying supplies. We used to have many hobby shops (at least 10) in my area, but they're all gone now. I used to love building models but have mostly quit because buying models and supplies is too much of a hassle.

Ah, that’s quite near to where I live, especially when seen from an US perspective.

I visited Wentink when I was in Arnhem two years ago! Another Dutch store well worth a visit is Aviation Megastore in Amsterdam (not in the city proper but further out, near the airport) -- as its name suggests, it's almost 100% aircraft stuff only, and there's a lot of it.  Also, the Airborne museum in Eindhoven not only has a number of cool real vehicles and aircraft, but has a lot of diorama displays with many built models.  There was a neat little hobby store next to the Overloon museum as well ... not nearly as large as Wentink though.
