What got me to this point?
Started football in a small town in Georgia (USA) with passion and talent but no real development plan
At 12–13 I saw the level gap and realized fundamentals and training habits were missing
Took training seriously, trained daily, and tracked progress to build real game transferable skills
Signed my first pro contract at 18 with RCD Mallorca in Spain
Spent years playing professionally across Europe and learned what actually separates levels
Created Efford Elite and my online training platform Forge to give players the roadmap I wish I had at 14
