Robert England randomly showing up on an episode of supernatural as Dr Bob who helps Dean die in his sleep temporarily to meet death is a underrated horror icon appearing amazingly

Love the NES elm street soundtrack throughout. One of the best game soundtracks.

I've seen Never Sleep Again so many times. I grew up absorbing all things Nightmare on Elm Street, so I do know what you're talking about. But I always LOVE to hear it, so thank you.

Absolutely love the history of series I’m so pumped for this!

“He’s dead honey, because mommy killed him.” is one of the most underrated, powerful lines in cinema imo. Especially if you see the extended cellar scene with Marge & Nancy, where she confesses Nancy’s sibling was one of Freddy’s original victims. So many layers to Nancy’s parents, a stark contrast to traditional movie parents, especially in horror.

If they’d just had the original ending where the girls were supposed to sing the theme in the jump rope as the kids drive away that would he be been perfect

I remember watching A Nightmare on Elm Street at my friend’s house when I was about 8 or 9 years old. I remember being scared of it but also intrigued to where I couldn’t look away. That was my first introduction to horror as a whole and I’ve loved it ever since.

The gooie stairs i think was a cool idea because in dreams if im running from someone or something, im always at some sort of a disadvantage where I can't run correctly and some completely bizarre thing is happening

Freddy has always been my favorite. It’s so simple, but so effective. We all have to sleep, you can’t run from it, and you can’t hide.

Also the music from the NES game in the background is a nice touch. It takes me back to childhood. The game used to creep me out, but every track was a certified banger.

Speaking of bangers, this was another one!! You always deliver Ian!!

Robert Englund as Freddy Krueger is one of the best Castings in Movie-History. Also nothing else but Love for Heather "Nancy" Langenkamp, my favorite Final-Girl.

I was here for when you covered Halloween. I was here when you covered Friday the 13th... but Freddy is my dude. My second favorite horror franchise.

Every year you do these is another year I finally watch whichever series you cover. I'm super excited for this one!

Freddy Krueger is one of the best slasher villains ever made by the late Wes Craven. He's the only one that talks, and give puns every time he kills someone. My all time favourite is how he drags Johnny Depp inside his bed, where pools of blood comes out. Plus his famous Power Glove kill.
