For the first (and most likely last) time on my channel, I'm bringing you what you can buy for $100k or less in Tokyo.

Unfortunately I cannot help you buy any properties at this price point, but check out our website for more listings and contact us if you're looking to buy or rent a residence, storefront, or office in Tokyo or find an investment property in Japan.

Could do without the AI slop, it really adds nothing

Good video, unnecessary use of AI slop

You hope those are bottles of tea in the second place. remember there were construction workers there and no toilet.

I'm happy that you covered more "mundane" properties. I know you specialize in more high-end properties because of your core business, but I would love if you could keep covering budget-conscious properties as well :)

Fun video, nice to see Chris back again, please lose the AI slop.

Love seeing both of you making videos again. I’ve seen others complaining about ai and you liking those comments. I enjoy seeing you respond to the criticism.
I would personally love to see ms paint drawings over gen ai. A 5 second crappy drawing would be much more appreciated.
Love the channel and hope to see more quality content in the future!

Guys that’s not tea. Well, maybe it was once.

Fun video, but could really do without the AI dross.

I LOVE that last house! It's so cozy, the garden looked great and that potential patio looked like it'd be amazing for a relaxing evening drink

If you are a handyman and have a bit of an architect vibe, the second one was actually quite interesting.

Always love Chris's positive attitude.

I'm mostly offended that Chris thinks that's a chainsaw in the second house.

I truly love the feeling of the last place ❤

I love the idea behind this video. Watching it made me feel claustrophobic. I always love when Chris participates! The last house alleviated the claustrophobia. Nice place!
