What ATO do you use

Iv 1200 return pump on mine and ramdon flow gen to

Nice look  i have the same tank.  Housing 2 clown fish and fire fish.  Have no issues fish jumping out with open top concept.  Looking forward to more vids...

You'd be amazed at how long algae can live outside of water in the backyard. Like others have said I wouldn't use that rock. Good luck though.

Using that rock without curing it for a couple of months is a mistake

Are you going to use the media baskets again

That rock will need curing if you dried it out

I really wouldn't use that old rock
you'll have aiptasia back in no time there are like weeds they can survive out side water especially if it was rainign and itll start again the same problem.  Its a shame as them rocks look nice but I would honestly use different rock ✌️

Whoah I honestly did not see this coming. Great vid man!

Maybe consider one Frogfish, but no/not many invertebrates

Hi Cory,
Looking forward for your new build. But would like to mention there is a lot of over hang of the tank. Are you sure that's going to be safe over time?

Great to see the evo back. Your first setup with this tank is what made me buy mine! I've no got an in tank media basket in first section and built a refugieum on the second chamber. Works brilliantly!

Nice to see the evo back. Good luck 👍

Those are easy to setup refugium in first or second chamber I would do second chamber from start trust me u have solve algae issue

Nice tank! The big problem with open top is that it raises humidity and in your room which can lead to mold problems on surfaces near the tank. The warm humidity will condense on colder surfaces like the tv on the wall.

Hey much better mini reef !!

I'm thinking the issue you are having is using dry rock. Not enough biodiversity in the system so pests take hold faster before the good guys can establish. Add a few chunks of mature live rock for a few months to help the biodiversity. You can always remove the live rock after a few months.

Im about to bring back an old tank as well, Great Idea cant wait to see what u do with it

A restart is good! Helps you learn from previous experiences, good luck on this journey

Good luck. Wishing you a fantastic tank again. It looked superb last time.
