Detroit Builder, Pulte Homes brings the Scarlett-2 Story to life here in the Delyle Village of Two Rivers in Zephyrhills, Fl.

The home for sale at the opening of this video is 1751 Valier Point. I’ve toured homes before in their incomplete stages, but provided there is a model on site, I figured it would be better to show you that instead. So come along for the tour of this gem. May you enjoy!

Sitting on over 6k acres of land the massive community of Two Rivers is all the rave throughout the Tampa market.

Made up of several villages with 12 brand named builders, the community is one of my favorites in the Pasco county region of Tampa, Fl.

In this video, we explore The Scarlett 2 story by Pulte Homes. A 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, 3,575 SF home. Looking at the home, one will have only a neighbor to their left. It sits on the corner lot of the point and given that, your views are much better than being sandwiched between two houses.

The home features:
✅ Open concept living
🧑‍🍳 Designer kitchen
🪵 Burlap cabinets
Whirlpool appliances
✅ Luxury Vinyl Plank
✅ Tile in bath and laundry rooms
Carpet in bedrooms
Spacious loft
🚪 8’ doors
Tech package and video doorbell
