Hello this is the first time I saw your YouTube channel. Thank you for sharing. All the fish you've been eating is really fresh. You made me hungry. Raw fish. I think the main reason for this was they got more essential nutrients from eating fish Raw. Skip jack is a bloody fish whereby it has   more nutritional value than the white so called fish the west love. . Wish the the people of kiribati best wishes

I watched your video in Fiji and thank you for visiting our beautiful island Kiribati 🇰🇮and experiencing our hospitality

When I was 11 years old, I stayed with relatives, for a while, in one of the villages on Abaiang. Once in a while we would go to their land to gather coconuts and put compost on the big babai plants. We would then harvest katutu to take home to be consumed with fish. I learned from the old man those moimoto taken from coconut trees growing jusnext to the bwabwai pit are always the coolest and sweetest.
