If I may, getting to know your local skate community can be beneficial. Skaters often have skates they are willing to part with. Many of us have well cared for skates that we would be willing to part with for cheap, as well as knowledge to help guide you in your decisions.

I bought a Rollerblade Lightning 90 this spring for only $150 and I am so happy. I don't have much experience but these rollerblades are definitely my favourite, I also bought the 80mm wheels and frame separately to get more variety. Absolutely recommend. Just make sure to try them on first and try to get one size bigger than you normally wear

On the sizing...
There's also shared shell sizes. Where a shell is used for 2 sizes and the difference is in the liner. This isn't always clear, especially with Amazon. But online skate retailers will sometimes show the range.
You typically want the smallest shell for your foot because the liner will eventually break-in and you may have too much space.
The other thing is that newer skates are going to be tight and maybe a bit more uncomfortable until the liner breaks in. How much break-in also varies skate to skate.

Also the RB cruiser specifically is a wide boot. I think the rest of the line are normal.

Zoom Pro is modular(trinity) better wide fit than the Next.

also a recent beginner, round profile wheels are much easier to control than bullets. This was complete apples to apples with 84mm endless round versus bullet on the same UFS endless 80 frame.

Nice upload and great comments. I agree with everything you said.... the problem with beginners (with any sport/activity) is that they want to buy the cheapest equipment in case they don't like the sport. The problem is that they will most likely have a bad experience with the cheapest skates. In Munich, there is a weekly monday Blade night, where people can rent Rollerblade (the brand) inline skates, which are pretty good quality, so not bad for trying and having fun.

Thank you for the video! I'm a fat guy that used to skate when i was younger. I thought getting back into it might be good for my health... But my feet are big and so finding good skates in my size was hard. I'm happy that i saw my size in some of the skates you showed. Awesome info!
