If a ritual starts, use eye drops to put out the candle so that u dont lose sanity. You can also shoot the anomoly doing the ritual to stop it if u have a gun

Whenever an anomaly is banging its head on the widow dont ask them to leave you'll lose ur sanity instead give them coffee or just wait for them to leave.
If someone faints you can throw them in the trash.
When you kill a patient they become a ghost and rome the halls as a ghost presence the longer ur around them the more u lose ur sanity.
The guy who always asks for coffee if u keep giveing him coffee eventually he'll give u another coffee machine.
You can also check the security cameras for anomalys if there is an anomaly i recommend taseing them sense u get 10+ sanity but if u tase a regular patient u lose sanity.
