I am from Ukraine, but my grandmother was Georgian and all my childhood I listened to stories about Georgia. That is why this episode is especially heartfelt for me to watch. Thank you!

"We're gonna have music"? Come on there was Katie Melua singing over there as a casual friend. that's huge.

Dear God, Please protect my beautiful 🇬🇪, my beautiful people, our beautiful culture ❤ Amin

I love this Georgian chef. More of him, please.

What a spectacular celebration of food, tradition, and connection! Watching Chef Guram’s Georgian supra unfold with toasts led by the tamada, the communal dishes, and warm hospitality stood out as a beautiful reminder of how meals can unite us on a deeper level. Georgia’s culinary culture is alive with rich heritage and heartfelt ritual.  It resonated deeply as I’ve been exploring themes of mental clarity and intentional living in Your Mind Was Targeted by Dr. Tessa Voss. The book helped me see how external noise and conditioning can distance us from presence and community. Combining mindful inner work with soulful experiences like this supra feast has been transformative.

I'm going to visit some Georgian restaurant in NYC after watching this

Jamie, I've been watching you since I was a child.
I've watched you travel the world, discovering new flavors, and I've always dreamed of introducing you to the amazing culture and cuisine of Georgia.
I'm so glad it finally happened.
I didn't doubt that the Georgian Suphra would impress you!

That Khinkali dough itself is a masterpiece, it ain’t joke.

I am glad that Jamie already knows the amazing taste of Georgian cuisine, and if Jamie knows, this is already a great advertisement for our cuisine worldwide, because Jamie personally associates me with a top-level chef who cooks not only deliciously but also in a way that is understandable to ordinary people.
