7:06 Nope, there's only one. That very specific Dry Bones is coded to NOT die in lava. So it's the same guy, he just took a nice refreshing magma bath.

I love how Bowser just has a brother that is never mentioned nor decides to help Bowser out ever again

I'd count the lava bubble as the final enemy of SMB 1 3, and New Soup since even though it has no eyes, its still personified in the manual of Mario 1 and thus presumably alive in all subsequent games too.

Don't forget that SMB3 had a diagonally moving thwomp.

Given the art style of Mario, perhaps a good rule of thumb is "if it has a face or at least a pair of eyes, it's an enemy".

I can finally eat my food knowing I found a YouTube video

About 1:19 in the Mario anniversary encyclopaedia the first super mario bros game does not consider lava bubbles, (or podobos) as enemies but as obstacles instead

The fireballs in SMB 1 and 3 are enemies.  They are listed in the manuals and strategy guides as "Podoboos", so yes, they count.

Very proud of my friend for being featured in a video😂 I also like the different style of video, its still informative and has entertainment value. 10/10😎

lava bubbles 4 life 🤘🔥🔥

0:56 My boy!!!

2:25 No way you don't count Mask Gate as a boss. It's a unique enemy fought alone and requiring multiple hits.

😊 I do consider the lava bubble an enemy, because years later the character designs and personalities were already refined, and only then were we shown what the enemies in SMB1 were really like. Besides, with hacks, we can defeat it with the Super Star, and in SMB2 JP we can defeat it with a shell (from Buzzy Beetle or Red or Green Koopa Troopa, it doesn't matter). That's my opinion, thanks for reading.

I was expecting the video to be the last introduced enemies in their games, but maybe it's not that interesting now that i think about it

1:24
It is considered an enemy in the player's guide, and if you hit it with a star can you get points. So therefore it is an enemy

0:03 The Mario, and the Goomba

The 10:39 King boo is not the last enemy after the king boo segment ends his crown falls off and he turns into a normal boo, so boo is the last enemy

Lava Bubble's / Hothead's absolutely count

I know not counting them is more interesting but still

5:40 thanks for the new pfp.

7:26 Actually a Magikoopa.

There’s hundreds of these guys, Kamek just one of them, and there’s no telling if that’s him or not.
