It's so hard to continue to stay professional after all of that. I mean liiike that's just disrespectful af at this point. Your website is very clear on what yiur policies are and how to book a set. I hate when clients tell me how to do their nails lol liiiike I haven't even finished all my steps lady

You handled that perfectly. And I’m white as you can see but I live in an area of Florida where I have me some beautiful Black Beauty clients. I love my clients. I do nails at home now too. The duck nails no joke I’ve been struggling with the application and the moon curve and I’ve been doing nails since 1985 I’m 56 Owned a salon from 1989-2005. But you helped me with the duck nails so thankyou for sharing your art of being a nail tech

Tah, you were professional. You didn't turn her away. Also, I would still post the work because that's YOUR work. Cut out any parts of the video you don't need and continue to show your craft. She was a problem customer from the start. You banned her, but the work is still a part of your bag, baby. She will not get any recognition. You know what I mean. That's still you on them nails ❤ Love this set!
