Huey is underrated. His dead pan responses and no nonsense attitude are so damn funny with the constant bs he has to put up with.

As a white viewer I appreciate the shout out sage

TSO, creator of Boondocks was always against BET

Uncle Ruckus theme song should be your ringtone🤣

32:43 I remember being a teenager and reading this comic in the newspaper. I thought Huey and Jasmine were a couple.

The Huey & Jasmine dynamic was WAY more fleshed out in the comics

26:17 i meannnnnnn he’s not wrong 😂

30:27 Huey thinks he’s What’s The Dirt 😂

It's a pimp named slickback you have to say the whole thing.

0:35 My 1 is Ruckus 2 A Pimp Named Slickback 3 Stinkmeaner 4 Riley 5 Huey 😂😂😂😂😂😂

18:50 i thought it was one of the smartest episodes, in the way they chain together events to mirror irl issues at that time while still telling an entertaining boondocks story. The robbery was a metaphorical reference to the US in Iraq after 911, they got weapons of mass destruction i swears it! The UN reluctantly backs down from protesting... meanwhile the would be 'real killer' is in another place doing other stuff, but that doesnt represent US financial interests at that time. Similarly they reference Rumsfeld in the 'known unknown' speech in the car. They also weave in plenty other references as jokes at the same time.... bla bla yada yada, peak Boondocks imo!

0:34 That's Mr. Uncle Ruckus to you. No relations.😂😂

I swear i watched boondocks on HBO max like 4 times in a row. Are some of these clips removed? Like the bet girl cutting the dude. Or rollo goodlove singing

Uncle Ruckus The Best & Funniest on the show. Could’ve had his own spinoff. Love that he spits truth and facts

Watching it recently, Huey has a LOT of the funniest last words
