Очень показательный кейс Оксаны Гончаровой. Ее сожитель жил в ее квартире, она сама хорошо зарабатывала, но продолжала терпеть побои. Писала и забирала заявления. Его посадили. И что? Она стала ездить к нему в тюрьму и родила ему двух детей. Правоохранительная система сделала все возможное. Потом он вышел и продолжил ее избивать. Ей предлагали помощь коллеги, центры помощи. Сейчас она сидит за уб*йство сожителя...
Я не к тому что самадуравиновата, я к тому, что эти женщины психологически больны.
Спасибо Натуле, что четко всё расписывает, тут предупреждение может кого-то спасти.
И во многом по этой причине заявления не берут.
Все сложно. Давно надо каждому такому заявлению давать ход, даже если жертва передумала. И давать реальные сроки, даже если жена передумала т.к. "а кто ж ее теперь кормить будет". Только так законы и система будет работать.
Помогло. Она ушла. Сейчас прошло уже много лет, мы не были прям подругами и не общаемся, но она даже внешне как переродилась. Успешная карьера, отличная внешность, здоровье больше не шалит. Было ли это грубо с моей стороны? Да. Но она позже написала мне, что я ее из морока вывела, что она реально тогда забыла, что ей 18+ лет, что она не бесправный и бессильный ребенок
