Day 3 in Lombok 🇮🇩 Kuta

Today started with a smoothie and some editing at the Oz Cafe before I packed everything up and moved into a new place in Kuta. Then it was time for the main event - my first ever surfing lesson at Selong Belanak Beach!

I spent two hours learning the basics, from positioning myself on the board to popping up and eventually riding a few mini waves all the way back toward the beach. Definitely a lot harder than it looks, but I was hooked.

After surfing, I headed back to Kuta for some tacos before finishing the day at Bukit Merese for an another Lombok sunset.
