I'm pretty sure when it came to Ron Simmons, you took it however he wanted you to take it lol.

Ron himself has said there is no good way to take the move.

The "Mystery" Guy is Jason Ahrndt, later known as Joey Abs. The match took place May 17th 1997 at WWF Shotgun Saturday Night.

Ron always had such snap to his moves, he just threw big guys around like they were nothing. Loved his spinebuster for the extra stank he always put on it. His powerslam was great too, it just looked explosive and impactful.

Ron is so strong...DAMN!

My favorite version of Ron Simmons doing the Dominator is when he started standing and only bending his knees instead of falling with the opponent.

My favorite wrestler turned commentator covering my favorite wrestler? Thank you, this is awesome. Fifteen year old me would have his mind blown.

His spinebuster was the most brutal

Asaad did have a blue helmet, but he debuted with the silver one.

The Here comes the Pain Dominator is the standing one, and it looks hella effective(Brock does it in that game).

That was Jason Arndt aka Joey Abs with the dark hair

Even the name “Dominator” just sounds bad ass. Always loved that move. You have to be hella strong to pick people up like that.

You guys should make this a recurring segment. Find the compilations of finishers on YouTube and discuss the physics etc. If you did a video on Gangrel’s DDT that would be sick

@davidweaver766 12 days ago

Oba Femi should use The Dominator for his finish.

Ron Simmons dominator always looked menacing.
He took care of the opponent, but as a young fan in the day.. I always kinda flinched when they took it

Can we talk about how Rey Mysterio changed the West Coast Pop?

I love how theres instant acknowledgement of how good Christian is with the "Oh Christian would take it perfect"

@mithydancheff3323 2 weeks ago

That's an awesome finisher...

Man I loved Ron, dude was a beast. But one Dominator that ALWAYS scared me, Ricky Starks. I remember being so nervous when he gave one to Hobbs of all people and he JUST cleared
