I remember growing up I met KISS at their concert. I was probably 10 at the time and Paul pulled me in for a picture and said in my ear “you can do anything, kid, anything.” And those words stuck with me and will stick with me forever. Yeah, he probably says that to every kid that goes to meet them, but it meant so much to hear that from my idol growing up. Such an inspiration, and such a class act.

Paul is one of the most well spoken men I’ve ever heard. I don’t know of any other rock star so down to earth and appreciates his fans.

In the 90s I met Paul at a Bon Jovi concert in L.A., he was alone in the crowd and very generous to people who came up to him. I approached him, and with the loud music being played before the show, I leaned in to talk in his ear to tell him how I felt about him. He was generous, smiled and acknowledge me as much as was possible in the noisy L.A Forum. When years later I learned about ear and hearing issues, I realized then that he didn't hear a word I said, but instead of being a dick about it, he tried to still make the experience positive for me. I will never forget that kind of generosity. Class act.

Met Paul backstage in Cleveland and he was absolutely incredible, very funny, asked questions about me, signed an autograph, shook my hand and wished me well thank you Starchild!!

After watching Joe’s podcasts with Steven Tyler and David Lee Roth, it’s quite refreshing to hear a conversation with a rock star who’s capable of having a lucid and linear conversation

Everybody always hypes up Gene, this dude is the real Talent behind the band

Watching this after Ace passed away

This is the most intelligent down to Earth rockstar Iv'e ever seen. This guy is awesome

Here’s what I learned from this.
Paul is pretty intelligent and has sculpted a legacy that he’s 100% in control of. He’s a smart businessman and co founded a multi million dollar business.
He’s a lot more down to earth than I anticipated.

Paul Stanley isn't my rock God, but his interviews are always interesting. He's done the journey, good and bad, his reflections are fascinating. Obviously a very wise man.

Paul has always been a great speaker.  Much like a great singer.  For him, they go together  exceptionally well.

One of my best friends met Paul at a restaurant in California. Took a selfie and got an autograph. Said he was the most polite down to earth guy he ever met.

He looks like the lost child between Sly Stallone and Prince.

Paul Stanley is such a gentleman ❤

When he says: “ I play guitar in a rockband, that’s what I do!’  He still, after all these years, seems happy as a kid as if he can’t believe it’s true saying that statement. Gene always seems to still play because it keeps the brand alive (which is fine), Paul here really seems to love playing rock and roll as if he’s 16 years old. It’s great.

I'd really like to see Dave Mustaine (Megadeth/ex-Metallica) on the podcast. These talks can be pretty insightful.

"I just doing for the art and money is not important... Well you say that cause your bills are paid". I love it, Paul Stanley. That's a beautiful New York attitude.

I have a new found respect for Paul Stanley. What a great interview.

10:24 Sounds more like Joe’s remembering Double Platinum, not Alive II. Alive II opens up to a gatefold picture of the Love Gun Tour stage.

dude is mad eloquent
