Exploring the NEW Black Bird Oracle Deck | First Pull + Deck Pairings

I bought The Black Bird Oracle on a bit of a whim while searching for decks for my fall capsule collection—and I’m so glad I took the chance.
In this first exploration, I’m taking a closer look at the story behind the deck, author Deborah Harkness and illustrator Hester Aspland, the guidebook and artwork, and of course, the cards themselves. I’ll pull my very first card and then experiment with a few different tarot and oracle decks to see what might make a beautiful pairing.
Spoiler: I think I found a new friend. 🖤

I actually purchased the Black Bird Oracle to pair specifically with the Soul Reflections Tarot, which I intuitively know will work well together as the art style is very similar. The Soul Reflections Tarot is a beautiful deck by one of my favorite artists. You might want to check it out for yourself as there are reviews on You-tube. Thanks for sharing😊
