A sargent not knowing the basic rules is beyond comprehension.
When people join the force, are they not meant to do training to do their job properly, without prejudices.
The male sargent IS NOT PROPERLY FUNCTIONING. THEREFORE HE IS NOT WORTH LISTENING TO.
They don't like cameras because they are scared stiff, that you will catch them doing nothing, as usual, or something illegal. They don't seem too busy, when they can spend ages spouting sh*t, they know nothing about. Perhaps it could be, that they are leaving their work shift early, and don't want to be seen stealing from the public purse.
PS. But surely they wouldn't do that?
