I had Cat Stevens' Wild World stuck in my head for TWO YEARS. I learned the way to beat an earworm is to learn the whole song so every time it popped in my head I went through all the lyrics.  The music gets lodged in your brain because you don't fully know it, that's why it's usually just a snippet of a song and somehow learning it makes it go away.

"So we’re mad at our parents for harmless lies, but totally fine with schools, ads, and influencers feeding us damaging BS every day. Maybe the real problem is we stopped noticing who’s lying now.

So all those late night overthinking sessions weren’t useless after all.

The human mind is like a vast ocean, full of mysteries we may never completely uncover. Learning about how our thoughts, emotions, and memories work is not just about science—it is also about understanding who we truly are. Our mind has the power to heal us, to create new realities, and to connect us with others in ways words cannot describe. At the same time, it can hold pain, fears, and struggles that we must learn to face with compassion. This video is a beautiful reminder that our mind is not an enemy to fight but a friend to nurture. When we learn to listen to it with kindness, we also learn to live with more peace and gratitude.

3:52 now I understand why I keep solving numericals inside my head all night

Derealization is exactly like the "Truman" Movie

I appreciate you for educating people on visual snow syndrome. It’s so strange and no one really understands it. I’ve had it since 2018 and for the first few months it was the worst, and it was followed by chronic ear ringing 4 months later. Used to it all now but damn my vision sucks 😂. I’m normal like everyone else but I wish there was a cure lol

The Alice and wonderland view? Hm .I use to get this all the time as a child and didn't have words for it  I also get migraines ( including with a lovely aura 😫 ) and been getting them since age 11 I don't get the Alice and wonderland "view" hasn't happened in a long while ..but totally makes since now . this is why I love the Internet..well YT ❤

Added info : when this would happen. I often feel this enormous sense of calm almost euphoria feeling when it happens.  It felt odd but I was never scared . Truth be told as a child it made me  feel like there was a presence that was with me ( like a guardian angel ) because it would feel like the whole world stood still . it would only last for maybe 10 seconds ,id look away , or try to shake it off but it still be "happening" it felt like a strange awareness of self . I'm 48 years old now but  Thank you for this ! So now  that I have a name for it I will study more ❤

Haha I always thought the Tetris effect was something everyone had. Funniest time was when I was super into COD and my brain was so locked in I’d be in the grocery store and thinking I was playing in a map(obviously not shooting anyone but you know what I mean) it definitely helps when I’m studying coding though.

4:13 the way I stop ear worms is by playing the song on repeat with headphones and trying to sing along to it with lyrics. This almost always helps to tone it down a bit or eradicate it completely

0:49 this literally happens to me constantly. I think it has to do with my history of drug abuse

13:52 the way you are explaining everything in the simplest forms is outrageous that you are still this underrated.

I have visual snow, I thought everyone always saw things like that

Youtube doesn't care what you watch
It just wants you to not stop
scary and creepy

When i play games, read a book, watch a podcast or a movie, i go to sleep and it continues there. As a kid when i closed my eyes(put wasn't quite asleep yet) my brain would have like 7 different things it was doing/showing me at the same time. Reading, card game, Minecraft, roblox, a movie, sudoku, music. That was even weirder because they were all stacked in eachothe but i saw every one of those "tabs"

3:19 Nah the bird did something to me I swear.

0:21 i only have this feeling when im geeked

It’s funny how the brain adapts. I have mild visual snow, and most days I completely forget it’s there because it has become part of my normal experience of the world.

Ive been experiencing aiws for the past 5 years and i didn't even know.

4:38 I love this I got a playlist with songs that only were stuck in my head for the following week
