いろんな意味が込められていると思う
計画を邪魔されたコト、
ララァを○されたコト、
ニュータイプとしての実力差で打ちのめされたコト、
人生を狂わされたコト、
様々な想いが重なり、
思わず出た言葉だと思う
ララァとアムロとの出会いによってNTの真髄を目の当たりにして、優れたNTが世界を導いてくれればという考えを強めたシャアが、
その後強いNTのカミーユに出会って、実際その能力に救われたり修正されたりで未来はこんなNTの子が作っていくんだと思っていた 。
Z最終話での、カミーユが自分がシャアの代わりに「戦って」露払いするからって考えに対して、新しい時代を作るのは老人ではないって自分が残ってカミーユを逃がそうとする必死な返答とか、
自分が手を下さなくてもNTの覚醒で人類が変わるのを待つって台詞的にも、この時点までは本当にそう思えてたからこそ、ブレックスがいなくなった時点でも逆襲に走らずエゥーゴの代表になって、
そこまではする気の無かった身分を明かす演説もカミーユにシャアに戻れって言われた時にやっと腹くくって、珍しく死ぬ勢いで何度も体張ってカミーユを守った。
でもその結果は全部めちゃくちゃっていう。
それと、動画で「NTなんて人殺ししか～」と言うカミーユへの返答として「いい方向に～」の台詞が来ていて、何故か勘違いされがちだけどこれは別の場面の台詞で、
実際このカミーユを見たシーンのシャアは、むしろロザミィを殺して様子のおかしいカミーユに対して明確に心配の素振りと悲しむ顔がわざわざ描写されてる。
（問題のいい方向に…の台詞もだが…って不穏な余韻を残しているし、その後でこのシャアが悲しむシーンが来るしで前フリに近い）
こんな様子で戦えって言うのも心配してない訳ではなくて、シャアなりにケアしてたつもりの描写が所々あるんだけど自身が戦うことでしか生きられなかった人だから全然ケアになってない。
そもそも大切なララァすら戦場で戦わせる人だからやはりそこをケアしようとして出来る人じゃないんだろうという…いなくなって悲しむならもっと早く気づけないのか…。
小説版の脆弱発言も、カミーユについて言われた返答として「大衆を見ろ連中は狂うか！？何が起きても平然と生きながらえている」って
狂わない大衆へ逆ギレしてて隕石落とすってんだから、怒りの矛先がカミーユから大衆に変わってて、カミーユがナイーブだから戦えと切り捨ててるというよりは
カミーユのようなNTが狂う世で平然としている大衆こそがNTの世の障害だろうがって意味合いの方が強いというか
ここら辺も考えると、シャアを地続きで見たときにNTと人類の可能性の挫折経験としてカミーユは理由の一つに関係しちゃってると思ってしまう。
けど、理由は複数だしカミーユが壊れなくても逆シャアする理由は地雷原みたいに転がってるんだとも思う。
(あと逆シャア内でカミーユに触れないのは監督が尺が足りないって言ってるのも込で)
で、これはシャアの事を人情的で美しいって話にしたい訳じゃなくて、
期待ごと挫折していく感情も含めて、監督も言ってる結局人間らしく迷いが多い、情緒的部分のある人物がシャアってことを表してる気がする。
ゲーム版やスパロボでもカミーユ周りで定期的にこの路線が採用されてるのも、公式的にも結局はこんな感じに人間臭いのがシャアっていう考えが近いからじゃないかなと思う。

それとも地球上でこんな危機的な事が有ってもソレでも命は産まれてくる
ネガティブな考えより、ベルトーチカの赤ちゃんだと良いですよね。
うーん、このめんどくささが堪らない。最高。
ネオジオンの名前を使ったのはハマーンのネオジオンは本物ではないからシャアのそれこそ本当のネオジオンだという意味もあるのだろうなあ。
あの時点でニュータイプに覚醒してから一番長く過ごしているアムロですが、そのアムロにとってニュータイプは戦闘では確かに有利ではあるけれど人類の革新なんて大げさなものでは無いと考えます。
夢に出てくるララァも残留思念なんかではなく、ララァと互いに深く理解し合ったが為にアムロの頭の中でララァの思考や発言が再現されていると考えると、それは呪いの類いでしょうし。
シャアからするとニュータイプの持つ力に疑問が生じても、より高いニュータイプ能力を持つアムロなら答えを出せると信じることができますし、動画内にもあった通り実際劇中でもそれを要求しています。けれどアムロからすればそんなに便利なものでは無いし、自分と同じ様に戦争で使い潰されたカミーユを見てきたシャアならそれは分かるはずと思っている可能性もあると思います。
けれど、お互いの持つニュータイプ論を言葉にして交わす事なく物語は終わります。
それを踏まえると逆襲のシャアというお話の語ることの一つは、人は完全には分かり合うことはできない、ましてや言葉にしない事が伝わるなんて都合よく考えすぎだ、となって、タイトル前に登場したνガンダムのカメラやセンサーに養生してあるのは、何も見えていないという事を示唆しているのかなと思います。
でもそれを「愚民共に叡智を授けて見せろ！」なんて汚い表現でしか言えないのがシャアのあかん所じゃない？
道化を演じてるシャアが、アムロの前でだけ悪い意味で素に戻っちゃうの、何でだろうな。
シャアは諦めなかった、結果、シャアの望まぬかたちとして、ニュータイプへと、一時的に目覚めさせたが、素直に喜ばず、アムロと口喧嘩し、宇宙へ消えていった。
本当に惜しい、アムロとシャアは人間。だからこそ、ベルトーチカチルドレン、アムロの子供が、この先を導いて欲しかった。
本当に惜しい...。
