"The taint has washed from the point of mustarding". Magnificent.

"What you watching on YouTube?"
"Oh, it's really good - some knives with mustard on them."

The mournful operatic vocal as the mustard etched into the steel was deeply moving. A powerful meditation on impermanence.

The cutting result is almost verbatim what Knife Steels Nerds estimated.

Finally a knife channel with info and not 15 minutes of dribble while opening and closing a spyderco non-stop

A gracious fan should buy you a hardness tester. Just thinking it'd be a useful tool for the channel.

Some where on the other side of the globe Sal Glesser wakes up in a cold sweat just after you put mustard on his knife.

I love the ff12 tangent. I couldn't relate anymore than this.

This is literally the first time in my life I've ever sat through a mustard time lapse. I wasn't disappointed.

Currently the best youtube knife channel by far. How you don't have more subscribers than the others is beyond me.

I came for the cut tests and the fantastic reviews, but I stayed for the mustard test. Truly Pete is pioneering in the youtube knife world.

Nice tests. But we have to talk about sound mixing. I cant hear what you say whithout the music waking up the baby.

Lol, has no one else realized those tracks are from Chrono Trigger?

Great video.

The camera caught a green caterpillar eating on your broccoli at 18min mark. I hate those things, they eat all my tomatoes

Seems like a missed opportunity to not have assessed which of these steels can ‘Cut the Mustard’
