The brilliance of JPJ is all through this song. He never gets the love he deserves. True genius.

Every song by Zeppelin was different. Their creativity was a crucial element of what made them so great.

This is just one of JPJ"s genius contributions

Getting those new Zeppelin albums, back then when they each came out, was better than Christmas morning.

This is the song you want to sit back in a dark room and just absorb. Amazing song.

This is actually my favorite Led Zeppelin song.

FYI, this song is about the Paths of the Dead that Aragon, Legolas, and Gimli must travel in LotR.

As others have said MSG 1973 is a must watch.

You guys need to hear the live version from The Song Remains the Same concert in 73 ! It’s pretty epic and blows away the album version IMO. Arguably Jimmy’s best solo on tape. 🔥

One of my favorite Zeppelin songs! Their live version of this has a little more of the heavy guitar you're looking for.

This song has a natural effect to where it makes people feel faded when they never even touched drugs in their life.
An adventure to the ear all around.

A big Led Zeppelin song. Very popular among Zep fans. John Paul Jones masterpiece.
Happy you are reacting the studio version first.

If you ever hear the piano or keyboards, that's the bassist John Paul Jones...he could play multiple instruments, he was the secret weapon of Led Zeppelin...Plant is the greatest singer, Page is the greatest guitarist, Bonham is the greatest drummer and Jones NOT ONLY is the greatest bassist but also mastered the organ, piano, keyboards, mandolin, etc...
