Garlic Spice-Butter Maggi 🍜

Ingredients:
1 pack Maggi (boiled & drained)
4–5 Garlic cloves + 1–2 Green chillies + ½ tsp Kashmiri chilli powder (crushed into paste)
Butter (lots of it!)
Maggi Masala packet
Fresh coriander (finely chopped)
Amul Masala Chaas (for serving)

Instructions:
Melt lots of butter in a pan, add the crushed garlic-chilli paste, and sauté till aromatic.
Add the boiled Maggi and Maggi Masala. (No water!)
Toss well on high heat until coated evenly.
Top with chopped coriander and serve hot with chilled Amul Masala Chaas! 🌶✨
