Very very sorry to realise that this gentleman suffered , from the high headed Automobile dealers, Their has to be a strong pro consumer legal support system by Govt to deal with this type of cases, on a fast track mode

Shameful to see a brand like Vinfast do so poorly in their customer experience, I really thought highly of them but not anymore.

I purchased vf7 on 17 Aug 2026 from the Ghaziabad showroom. I had a very bad experience from the showroom. They have not provided any written warranty manual. They had no accessories (I have to drive in rain without rain visors). One day, the screen struck while driving, complete black. It was 11 pm. I called the service manager, he didn't pick up or call back my multiple calls. Then I called customer care but no one answered the call. Lastly I called the sales guy and he helped me. That day, I realised if my car went into a workshop for any reason, it would be a nightmare for me.
Yes, the car is super comfortable, very little bugs, performance is very good. When I sit inside, it's a 10/10 but that customer care part is SCARY for sure.

Some dealers can't solve issues with so softness.

Want to suggest some hard things how car dealers work on problems but Sunderdeep asked to be civil.

Uncleji represents most of us as a customer in the market looking for a reliable car.
Whatever reasons he has given are EXACTLY the reasons I will never buy cars from new players in this market, and I won't be buying an EV for another few years until the infrastructure improves even further!!
