А Китайці як дають кредити? Вони махлюють. Тобто дають 10 мільярдів, а назад вимагають 10.1 мільярдів, а не 12 як ЄС. Але при цьому вони вимагають, аби частина побудованого належала їм, а також аби робітники і ресурси були їх. А тому вони платять ці 10 мільярдів як зарплати китайцям, які ці гроші повертають назад в Китай, а тому якщо для боргу з ЄС треба лише 2 мільярди доплатити (бо 10 мільярдів лишились в економіці країни в вигляді зарплат працівникам та податків і підживили економіку), то тут всі 10 мільярді треба десь знайти і економіка не підживилась.
І тоді Китай каже - ну що, можеш не виплачувати, але давай свої порти для нас в оренду за 1 долар в рік на 10 років, і тоді можете не розплачуватись.
І таким чином більшість великих грецьких портів зараз належать Китаю. Ну і Китай подібне любить робити в Африці. І корупціонери люблять китайські гроші - тому що Китай дозволяє вкрасти 1-2 мільярди з тих 10ти, тому що вони ж насправді й не позичають ніякі гроші, а роблять отакий от маневр.
