Когда на один маленький город один СПИД-центр, когда все друг друга знают, то ошиваться возле данного учреждения не всякому захочется.
Другое дело если будет один общий кабинет с врачом-инфекционистом в обычной инфекционной больнице как у всех, то и клейма более не будет.
Инфекционных заболеваний много и с какой именно пришёл человек останется для всех тайной.
