9:00 Obama said there were 57 states.

Is it Snoop Dog or Snoop Dogg?

40:02.  That is a trick for helping your memory... attach the memory to music or do a mnemonic.
 Ex. Songs:
The Quadratic Formula to the tune "Pop Goes The Weasel", Newton's Laws of Motion to "The Mulberry Bush", 50 States of the US already has its song ("50 Nifty United States").
 Ex. Mnemonics:
PEMDAS for order of operations for mathematics
"My Very Educated Mother Just Served Us Nectarines" for order of planets from our sun.
"Every Good Boy Deserves Fudge" for the lines in a treble clef & the spaces spell "face."

The stupider it is, the better.

9:15.  52 would be including Puerto Rico & Guam.

I wonder if Alex gets recognized at the gym? I also get EMDR for Trauma.

I have a 172 iq.  I remember everything

You are a lying liars who lies.
Looney Tunes actually had music in it. Some episodes had opera and different instrumental music.
E.T. made cry period.

if i wanted to hear about eating an orange, i'd have taken the orange eating class -gkw

Feelings cannot be wrong. You feel however you feel, may not be justified but they're still your valid feelings.

They called the shows Looney Tunes & Merry Melodies to combat Disney's Silly Symphonies.

the Mandella thing is cause the Steve Bico movie came out in 1987, and people confused the two.  Rac!st as it is, black guy against apartheid, cops beat him, he dies in police custody... and boom everyone thinks its Mandella, cause Mandella was the more well known name.

I don't think in pictures, I think in words, weird.

For Martine. I used to have the same issue with names. My father told me to say their name 3 times. "Martine, right? It's nice to meet you Martine" Then use it at least another time if you are having a conversation. If it is just a meet and move along get the 3rd in with something like, "I hope we can talk longer next time, Martine."

It isn't perfect but it definitely improved my name recognition.

Joe!!!!!!!!!

Alright, the whole thing about we have been doing math all wrong, I can confidently say is a complete sham. Let me break this down. In multiplication, one of the numbers deals with the actual number of interest, and the second number is saying how many of that number there are. You can chose either/or to represent whichever because both will lead to the same result. For example:

a x b = c

Let's plug some numbers in:

1 x 1 = c

We can say that the first 1 in the equation is the number of interest, and the second 1 is telling us how many 1's there are, which is the whole reason why 1 x 1 = 1. To get this across a little more let's change just one of the numbers in the equation. For example:

1 x 2 = c

Again, we can say that 1 is the number of interest, and the 2 is telling us how many 1's there are. Or, we can leave the equation if so desired as written but instead say that the 2 is the number of interest, and the 1 is telling us how many 2's there are. Either way, 1 x 2 = 2. And therefore, for the record we have been doing math correctly against the interests of those who say otherwise, 1 multiplied by 1 does indeed equal 1 because there is only one 1 due to the fact first 1 is the number of interest and the second 1 is telling us how many 1's there are and vice versa. Their entire argument about "1 x 1 = 1" falls completely apart.

Now, what about?

a + b = c

Let's plug some numbers in:

1 + 1 = 1

This is simple to explain and this is also what these specific interest groups who say we have been doing math all wrong are not telling you and nor is this any new discovery because this has been known for thousands of years since the invention of arithmetic in ancient Greece. Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is called arithmetic; addition and subtraction is the mathematical language speaking about gains and losses, whereas multiplication and division is the mathematical language speaking on the behalf of fractions which again is the whole reason why "1 x 1" equals 1, and again I say that anyone who says we have been doing math wrong is a sham or otherwise is someone who has been mislead just parroting what specific interest groups have said. But anyway, we have to assume one of the two following equations must be true, in order to get an answer of 1 from 1 + 1:

+1 + -1 = +1

or

-1 + +1 = -1

The arithmetic symbols "+" and "-" for addition and subtraction are also the same symbols used to represent positive and negative numbers. You put a "+" (i.e. positive symbol) directly in front of positive numbers and you put a "-" (i.e. negative symbol) directly in front of negative numbers. Since there are no positive or negative numbers in front of "1 + 1 = 1" for the way these specific people say the equation, we must assume the first 1 is positive and the second 1 is negative and therefore the answer is positive 1, because the first number in both addition and subtraction is the foundational number that we're either going to add to or subtract from and it has been agreed upon that when no "+" or "-" symbol is given the number is assumed to be positive in both instances of the foundational number and to the answer of the equation. However, there's no way to truly know whether that would be true because that information has been kept from us, though it can definitely and most certainly be assumed that either of the above equations is true. And anyone, who writes an equation as "1+1=1" is either lazy or otherwise doesn't actually know what they're doing, just look at how much more bunched up and crowded "1+1=1" is compared to "1 + 1 = 1" or rather let's write that first one way up at the top for multiplication like the first one here "axb=c", because as another example if I were to write instead "1/1" it could be assumed I'm simply writing a fraction but if I rather write it as "1 / 1" a space is clearly denoted and therefore I'm saying to divide though it's still a fraction of 1 over 1; and finally, positive numbers and negative numbers cancel each other out if they each have the same value as their counterpart on the opposite side of the spectrum, which is why a "+1 + -1 = +1" or a "-1 + +1 = -1" always equals 1 (i.e. for the record, what these specific interest groups are not telling you is this "+2 + -2 = +2" or even going so far as "+17 + -17 = +17" and can as well be said simply as "17 + 17 = 17" though then we wouldn't know which of those numbers are positive or negative to arrive at 17 from two separate 17's, and therefore and again their entire argument about certain subject matters concerning "1 + 1 = 1" falls completely apart).

22:07 Wish the interviewer would've answered that but I will. It's because ET "DOES" say "ET phone home" but not in the pointing shot and only after Gertie says it first.

Looney Tunes were originally called Merry Melodies, that is why it's Tunes and not Toons.

The method I recently learned for remembering the name of someone you just met is to picture a celebrity or famous person with the same first name giving your new acquaintances a piggyback ride

10:58 No, it's not stupid because Looney Tunes was part of the Merry Melodies

Ive heard one about Pikachu where some believe he had a black tip on his tail (yes) and some dont believe it
