This is why certain interviews are great: you can get to know an artist a little better off stage.

Thanks for your nice reaction. Damiano is such an other person on stage than he is off stage, he’s not playing humble, he is when is he was talking about the MET gala where he was with his love Dove. If you want to get to know a little bit more about Damiano, I recommend the interview he did with Allison Hagendorf, I’m sure you will like it ❤

Imagine how the other band felt being demoted 😂😂
I think Elizabeth has put a call out for other vocalists to do the same as Will with the camera down the throat. Get ahold of Damiano

Damiano played basketball for a long time, in the tour videos you always see him with a basketball. He once wanted to become a basketball player, but according to his own statement, he was “too short” for it.

The drug accusation was wild lmao It was a two second clip where the Italy delegation table was on screen during the voting sequence in which Damiano was seen looking down with his face very close to the table, in a way similiar to someone snorting a line -and I guess his rockstar persona just fitted the stereotype well enough for people to actually believe he would do that on live tv.
(It was especially brought on by France journalists and even fucking Macron spoke about it because France came second, so if Maneskin got disqualified for that then France would have won, speaking about sore losers)
The year after they win Maneskin went back to Euorivsion as guests (the previous year winner always does) and when they asked Damiano if he had any suggestion for the artist competing he ended it with "whatever you do just stay away from the fucking tables"

loved it Lee. Always love your reactions.

Hi few thing about Damiano:  He LOVES basket and he played basket, of course he loves football ROMA TEAM, but I believe that basket for him is at the same level of football, or maybe more. He is very introvers and calm guy: "the wild Damiano on stage" is just  a "performing": during the show he want to be and do everything, but in "real life" is called GRANDPA (from the other member of Manskin):  he loves cats, he doesn't drink alcool (at least is some few situations), he his AGAINST drugs (just joint something), he doesn't  like at all "clubs, party, ecc" , he likes party with is friends in Rome, friends from his childhood...He has a very good looking brother named Jacopo, and he has a beautiful family, really close one: his mother was hostess and his father was  stewart, so Damiano and his brother Jacopo, begin traveling around the world since young age with parents. About Maneskin, the very "terrible kids" (in a good way of course) are Victoria and Thomas: they both like hangin around, have fun, go in clubs.....ecc....Ethan (drummer) is - like Damiano- more introverse, even if he like have fun too.....Damiano is 25 but I think that inside has the age of 40.....He is sure not "wilde" in his personal life.....

That drugs accusation was a huge thing.
At the end of Eurovision there is like over an hour where first each country gives their points, after which the presenters give the total points of the public. Now during this time they show reactions of the artists, znd at one point the camera goes to Italy's delegation, the band and their people sitting at their table. And Damiano is slightly bent over, looking down.
Thomas had broken a glass, and Damiano was looking at that, but at the time people instantly started claiming he was doing cocaine on the table, on live television...
Which really would have been pretty much impossible.
So after all the rumors, in the press conference after their win, some  Swedish reporter asked about it...
Afterwards Damiano offered to do a drug test... which of course came back clean, as well as a whole investigation.
But despite that there were even politicians ( aka France's president Macron) suggesting that they should be disqualified over it. ( keep in mind that France came 2nd)

Troppo forte
Ahahah

This is Damiano's "story" and the accusations. Eurovision final: Italy (with Maneskin) France and Switzerland are very close in votes. Damiano and the other Maneskin are sitting at a glass table, which is not known why it breaks: Damiano who was sitting in the center looks downwards where the pieces of broken table are: the camera that films him frontally "films" only him with his head down and "looks like he's snorting cocaine."  Italy wins, and France accuses Damiano of having used cocaine live...But can one be so stupid??? Use drugs in front of hundred and hundred people at the arena, and milion wach tv??? Damiano, who DOES NOT USE DRUGS AND DOES NOT DRINK ALCOHOL (only in the final he drank a little) gets angry and holds a very angry press conference, saying that he does not use drugs, in fact he is against them, he immediately decides that same evening to do drug tests which obviously results , negative. This is Damiano's  drug story....At the end every think was gettin good, and now Maneskin and Damiano David solo are succesfull artist....
