God, Paulie really comes across as genuinely unlikeable and utterly smug.

I'm confused about Matt how hard is it to multitask like? It's a lobster and scallops

The worst service of Season 16 resulted in a double elimination.

Paulie’s beard grew fast, just within the season he shaved it and it grew back to normal after some episodes

Worst service of Season 16: "I'm not gonna tolerate other service like that"

I was expecting the first black jacket service to be the worst dinner service of season 16, considering all of them were kicked out

I don't blame Chef Ramsay sending two people home during the worst service especially the arrogant Matt.

I could’ve sworn I saw Phoebe from the thundermans

Typo in the title…season 16 was ALL BAD services with the worst group of chefs

The best service having hair in the food, doesn't bode well

7:13 Heidi pushing Kim to be a hustler

15:58 none of these people are that famous 😂

I think we all hope for Devin to be the last man standing instead of Paulie. I miss the chaotic nature of the Final 7 service, more often than not at least 1 person had a meltdown. I always hate elimination challenges in general

So basically S16 (a season well known for having out of control drama and bad personalities particularly from the blue team) was a lot harder to choose a “perfect” dinner service. But in my opinion, the best dinner service this season should have been in episode 7 the final time that both the men and the women work together before the team switch. The reason why I’d picture that is because nobody is eliminated and ends up going home despite the red team being assigned with coming up with two nominees in that episode. Also it’s the second and subsequently the last time that this struggling blue team wins dinner service. As for the worst dinner service that it sums it up to a tee. Since it includes a double elimination with one chef who isn’t living up to chef Ramsay’s standards anymore and the other which includes a very satisfying elimination of the most unruly chef of the whole season.

For 17,
Best-Josh’s boot episode
Worst-Van’s boot episode

Matt crying and Paulie not taking accountability.

Pretty telling of the quality of chefs when this is the 'best' service. lol

Is that Jonathan or Drew Scott from Property Brothers on HGTV at 13:39?

Awesome Video
