Too many YouTube narrators just plain READ words off pages using monotone, drone-on, & boring voices.  This narrator brings these stories to LIFE with engaging storytelling & uses variable emphasis (where needed), in his narration; along with a  soothing, easy listenable voice.
Love adult stories, not childish, like so many scary stories platforms.  TY

You couldn't pay me enough to be an EMT /Paramedic.  Huge props to all who do it!
There was an accident near my house last summer.  A pregnant lady got rear ended by a truck (driver of truck was on his phone looking @ Facebook).  Her car got pushed into an on-coming car and her car got hit again.  The mom, her unborn baby and her toddler in the backseat all died.  The first responders were crying on scene.  The extra sad part is that the husband/dad of the victims is a fireman in another town, but the responders at the accident knew the guy and they knew it was his wife & kid.  All that heartbreak could have been avoided if the truck driver wouldn't have been screwing with his phone.  Needless to say, the dude is going to be doing some major jail time.

An alarming number of Met Police have been convicted / charged with sexual and violent offences.  Who watches the watchers indeed 😢

Story around 2:05:00 - the young man in the department store. The mom is nuts.

I was listening to this casually making dinner, coincidentally I am Bosnian, the story about the Serbian letter made me stop in my tracks… different kind of scary when you’ve heard story’s like these from your own dad who fought in the Yugoslavian war ….

I wish we could put sleep timers on here.

To the one-time sole EMT for two counties (if I recall correctly), I salute you. I hope you found peace.

Trust me being on the receiving end of these aren't good either. You'll be shocked how many brutal deaths we get at the funeral home and the families want open caskets

The woman around 2:05 gives me KAREN vibes real badly.

I remember when the Sarah Everard story broke. I think we were all in shock when we heard it was a police officer that killed her. Such scary times. And they wonder why we don’t always want to trust those in power.

Shout out to the woman who brought the high chair, she forgot to mention her name is karen

You are actually the best it’s 12:20 am in the uk and u can’t sleep perfect timing all your videos are amazing!

As an ER nurse- this one was gut wrenching -

So many of these stories brought back memories I had tucked away after spending 17+ years as a deputy coroner.

the story that at around 2:05 is the ultimate karen story.. lady sounds crazy... Sounds like the guy had a little bit of dark humour in their first interaction and the lady just had a vendetta out for him...

2 videos today. Woohoo!!

AAA SERBIAN IS MY MAIN LANGUAGE!!! I GOT SO SURPRISED WHEN I HEARD ABOUT THE NOTE ON SERBIAN-

One million subs right around the corner!  Best voice on YT!!  I have tinnitus since I can remember and Let’s Read has helped me more than you know. Love you Joel  from the ❤

The intro is what I imagine a world would be like when you step into dystopia.
Also your voice is badass 🏴‍☠️

These stories were so sad 😞God Bless all EMTs ♥️
