I hope she sued the district for wrongful termination

I'm trying to figure out why no one actually talked to her to at least tell her she was fired.

This is completely insane. How can they fire her without even telling her in advance? Surely there would be a formal disciplinary meeting where she would be presented with the evidence against her and formally removed from service, if she had actually been guilty. They didn't even give her a chance to present her side of the story before firing her. Is that even legal??
