ALSO new video for my Raclette members in about an hour :_glowLuv::_glowLuv::_glowLuv::_glowLuv::_glowLuv: enjoy guys!!!

The whisper videos are always wholesome because they support the ideas of enjoying the little things and it’s like listening on a journal at times.. thoughts to chew on for people to relate to

The fact you give people time to turn down the volume on the end of the video is so thoughtful, and really shows how much you care about your listeners! 🥰

hi glow! i had a similar problem with my protein intake a a couple of years ago so i wanted to share some basics that helped improve my health and performance in the gym.

definitely aim for .7g - 1.0 protein / lb (especially if you’re dancing or weightlifting since this is the range required for optimal muscle protein synthesis). the most important thing is to incorporate high quality protein sources that you actually enjoy, that way it’s much less of a struggle to keep a consistent intake! my favorite vegetarian options are greek yogurt (add blueberries!), whey isolate protein powder, cottage cheese. if you are willing to incorporate animal products then chicken breast and eggs are excellent. there are some great vegan options as well like edamame, kale, pea protein powder (more processed than whey but still gets the job done). nuts are great but in terms of macronutrients they tend to be majority healthy fats with a much smaller amount of protein. i strongly encourage you to check out whey-based powders. whey is a natural byproduct of making cheese and it’s super easy to put into milk, yogurt, water and quickly get down high amount of good quality protein (~24g per scoop).

i hope this helps :)!!!

So gentle, smooth and soft. Thanks for helping me relax, Glow💕💖

the new mics sounds nice and also appropriate to have a chatting video as the test for the new mics lol and i always welcome Bibi and Astra talk so feel free to talk away about them all the time! and also good luck with the hair journey and getting it to the health you want it at!

Girlie you have no idea how much you have helped me. It's been 5 years since I've subscribed, I remember having so much trouble with my sleeping schedule during the research for my BA paper, and then there you were, offering me the sleep I longed for. Thank you so much, love you :_glowLuv::_glowLuv::_glowLuv:

Had to pause the video when Glow recounted her experience with dark chocolate. Even as a lover of dark chocolate, 100% is something that kills me, so props to Glow for surviving the encounter to tell the tale. Also, can relate to the desire for more protein in one’s diet because I’ve been trying to do the same, but for weight gain since I’m too damn light. Protein shakes, yogurt and lentils have become staples in my diet in trying to get to a healthier weight. And as mentioned, eggs are great too!
EDIT: Lost it at Glow’s satirical plan to socialize, have kids! Lmaooo. I laugh, but as a 35yo, I relate to the struggles of socializing as an adult. It’s rough out there today
EDIT2: Me hearing Glow wanting to do more fun things on her second channel: …soooo more cooking videos!?

I usually never like new mics because they don't sound as good as the old ones.

I love thisss! Your new mic quality is absolutely golden. That crisp sound of your whisper gives me such intense tingles! Thank you so much for putting the time into this for us!❤❤❤❤❤❤

I love these videos so so much, theyre the reason i started watching asmr. Mic scratching is my no 1 trigger and im so glad you post one every few months❤

I love your chatty videos!! I love putting them on in the background! Very tingly and the mics sounds amazing✨

Ahhh your whispers are so tingly and comfy; I'm sick at home today, and was stressed about what I needed to get done... this is exactly what I needed🤍 I also really enjoyed the chat about health :) really inspiring

Maybe its the pop filter but the mics sound smoooooth like butter

One of the best ASMR videos I’ve ever seen and heard. What I really love is when very occasionally the whisper breaks into a soft spoken for a brief moment then returns to whispering. It always triggers tingling sensation it’s wonderful. I love how genuine and sincere you are. Thank you for helping me to relax.

You can't imagine how much I missed a video like this :_glowLove: I love whispers video (and I love mic scratching too, even if it was just at the end). I am sick this week and that felt so relaxing to listen while trying to take a nap! Thank you for the good video, once more

Really love close and quiet whispers!

Your thumbnails are literal art. ❤

Thank you so much for feeling comfortable enough with us to share your feelings and struggles. I have never related more to someone. I work from home (used to do YouTube ft as well from home) and have a hard time finding friends. I also am an introvert so I question if I really need them, like is it normal to not want friends? And the comment about covid being like everyday life because you are an introvert was the first time anyone said that for me! I wasn’t affected at all from the social aspect because I never left the house anyways. Also just started my skincare and haircare journey so we are kind of going through similar things right now! You made me feel valid and seen just from you sharing this video. You’re amazing and you are doing absolutely fantastic especially for your age!

The sun comes back into your room when you smile. It was interesting to listen, you are great. I wish you a wonderful day and a sunny vibes 💜🌞✨🎈
