Tonight we're playing a two-deck solitaire game that I discovered fairly recently. It's a variant of the well-known Forty Thieves, but is slightly more lenient in a few ways. It uses the Spider mechanic of packing regardless of suit, but only allowing stack moves when suit match, which is an excellent mechanic in my opinion that allows for lots of strategic decision making. It also offsets some of these advantages by giving the player 8 piles to work with instead of 10.
