I also quite like one of Terry's other famous quotes: "An idiot admires complexity, a genius admires simplicity."

He was so legendary that God had to nerf him with Schizophrenia

His livestreams were peak. From a 1 hour livestream, maybe he was only coding for 5 minutes, but in those 5 minutes, he was building a function, importing images, or fixing errors without any help from search engines. Doing it, as if it were nothing.

TempleOS is a rare and valuable gem that deserves serious study. It challenges many assumptions about modern software design and shows what is possible when someone is willing to think outside established conventions.
In many cases, when companies or developers claim that something is impossible because of a particular limitation, that limitation is often not technical but practical, organizational, or economic. TempleOS serves as a reminder to question existing standards and explore alternative approaches.

Fun fact about the random number generator. It is based on the time that it is activated. So upon using the generator it takes a very precise timestamp and uses that. Terry believed that god could posses you into clicking execute at the perfect time to send you a message(or at least that's my understanding of it). I just thought that was an interesting concept at the very least.
