ciao and welcome back !! xoxo

on this week’s episode: travel with me from Venice to Orlando, Florida for a warm weather training camp with my group. come with me as i fly business class on air france with a brief stop in Paris before landing in the sunshine state! we’re straight into training on monday at the University of Central Florida with some accelerations and gym before a group meal at the coolest Japanese spot in downtown Orlando. Tuesday was too rainy to film so we head straight into Wednesday with a dramatic wickets session in the storm before heading to the weight room again. despite the weather i’m having the best time and can’t wait to show you more !! ❤️‍🔥
