Summary: The Chicago White Sox offense broke out against Kansas City, scoring 14 runs in their victory. While the offense deserves praise for its recent 8-game run, pitching was still poor, as Trevor Richards and Luis Castillo stumbled in the late innings. Regardless, with how the American League has played, a win on Wednesday paired with a Texas Rangers loss clinches a postseason spot for the White Sox.
