Also, an important distinction in the video. We mentioned how using the legs is more cost-efficient compared to the arms only. This is not to say that there is less work done in a strict physics sense. Rather, the workload is distributed through larger muscles (like the legs), which reduces the demand on the arms and prevents premature shoulder and arm fatigue. That's the point.
