STOPPP this is one of my favorite romcoms, can’t wait to watch

I genuinely love this movie sm im so happy you liked it!!!!

their BEAUTY ♥️ i miss old movies with beautiful settings and natural faces. also bring back curls!!!!

29:11 Fun fact: both Pretty Woman and The Princess Diaries were directed by Garry Marshall, which is why you’ve noticed so many familiar faces. Héctor Elizondo plays the hotel manager in Pretty Woman and Joe in Princess Diaries, while Larry Miller plays the store manager in Pretty Woman and Paolo in Princess Diaries. The bellhop in this was Mia's nosy neighbour in Princess Diaries and even the waiter at Mia’s dinner is the same actor who plays the waiter in this who caught the snail, and he says the exact same “it happens all the time” line in both movies 😂

It's just a whole other dynamic, it's somehow cozy! ✨
And loved when she got to clap back at the store staff!

No because the CHEMISTRY WAS CHEMISTYINHGG- also I find myself saying big mistake - HUGEEEE often lol

For me, this is one of the best examples of why you can't copyright an idea for a screenplay, only the execution. The original script- titled "3000" for the amt he pays her- was much darker. Viv actually does use drugs and Edward abandons her on the side of the road. But then it was bought by a subsidiary of Disney, and they got Garry Marshall to direct (and yes- he did "Princess Diaries" shortly after so there's a number of actors he kept) and they changed the entire TONE of the movie without really changing the basic idea. And it was a HUGE hit and basically launched Julia Roberts into superstardom.

I get it, not caring for older movie quality but the nostalgic feel of them and the script/story always makes up for it! You can’t miss out on classics!

I was 10-12 yo when I first watched this.  We had no business watching this movie back then when we were kids 😂

17:35 This is a 1990 movie. That $4000 is worth about $10,220 today. So you are spot on - that's exactly what she asked for!

Great reaction. They both star in Runaway Bride. A recommendation friend.

34:14 "and this is exactly why he's balding the front and the middle because 🫵🏾 your nasty attitude🫵🏾" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 took me tf out loool I would hate to be a actor playing a bad character and the ppl read me to filth like this 😂😂😂

Fun fact: Her reaction to him shutting the box on her hand was genuine. 😂 She didn't know he was going to do that. Reminds me of Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn in Roman Holiday at The Mouth of Truth. That was genuine as well.

No TF YOU DID NOT JUST ASK IF IT WAS FILMED ON AN ANDROID 😂😂😂

omg yes I've literally been waiting for this video to drop so excited to watch. This movie is so good hopefully we can bring back good romcoms like this back

“NOT TOO MUCH BALDY”😂😂😂😂😂

Excellent! I do not think there could be a better person react to this ❤

Yes because $300 for the whole night is crazy. The math is not mathing!

I absolutely love this film. Julia Roberts is gorgeous and the perfect Vivian. She had so many iconic looks in this 🤌🏼

Big MISTAKE, big… HUGE 💅🏽💳💵💰
